Sagbayan is a 5th class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. According to the 2007 census, it has a population of 19,399 people.
Its main attraction is Sagbayan Peak, which is an observation platform and childrens' playground overlooking a scenic valley. While some similar hill formations are visible, it is not within the main Chocolate Hills area.

Sagbayan is politically subdivided into 24 barangays.
