Santa Eugènia is a small municipality in the district of Raiguer on Majorca, one of the Balearic Islands, Spain. It had 1489 inhabitants in the 2007 census. Bernat and Eugenia who are named after the founder of Santa Eugenia, Bernat de Santa Eugenia. He founded the village in 1260. He was also the first Governor of the Island after King Jaime the first of Mallorca took the island back from the Moors(Arabs) who had run the island for 300 years. Every year giants made by towns and villages all over the island come together for a celebration. It has a festival every year which consists of go-karts racing down the steep main road.
