Sat Nusapersada
Overwiev PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk (www.satnusa.com), established in 1990, located at Batam Island, Indonesia, 45 minutes by ferry from Singapore. Founded by Mr. Abidin (Chief Executive Officer), Sat Nusapersada began operation as a supplier of Printed Circuit Board (PCB)and mechanical part assembly for supply multinational industries that located in Batam.
Milestone Start with only 22 workers including himself, Sat Nusapersada slowly staring to growth. From year 1991 - 1994, Sat Nusapersada supplies not only PCB assembly, but start to assembly a semi finish product and complete product. Big investment during that year are add 2 factory located at Jalan Pelita. SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) services was the new department that established at year 1996. Start with only fews SMT lines, now (2007) increased to 31 lines, with up to date hi-tech machinery.
Certification and Awards Sat Nusapersada already certified ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004, for Management and Environmental , by Bureau Veritas Certification (www.bvqi.com). Beside that, also certified by Indonesian government for Safety and Healthy Management System (SMK3/OHSAS 18001). And as our product is 100% for export to Europe, Japan, America, we also qualified for safety product and mark such as UL (Underwriters Laboratories), CSA (Canadian Standards Association), VDE (Verband Der Electrotechnik), TUV and CCC.
Customer Sat Nusapersada customer are multinational company, mostly origin from Japan. And up to now, we already have 18 customers, and still want to add more.
Latest News In 17 years of manufacturing business, Sat Nusapersada decided to change from private company into public listed company. Initial public offer was held at Shangri-la Hotel,Jakarta, 5 September 2007, attend by more than 500 prospect investor. Base on a plan, Sat Nusapersada will be officially entering Jakarta Stock Exchange (www.jsx.co.id) by 6 November 2007.
