Wikipedia: Say a Word

Say A Word was the Austrian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2002, performed in English by Manuel Ortega.
The song was performed third on the night (following the United Kingdom's Jessica Garlick with Come Back and preceding Greece's Michalis Rakintzis with S.A.G.A.P.O.). At the close of voting, it had received 26 points, placing 18th in a field of 24.

The song is a pledge from Ortega to his lover that she only needs to "say a word" and he will be there for her.

It was succeeded as Austrian representative at the 2003 Contest by Alf Poier performing Weil der Mensch zählt.
