Which is speculative and conjectural and is something less than substantial evidence, 491 P. 2d 1342, 1344; if at least a scintilla of evidence is presented, some courts have held that the party against whom the evidence is offered should not be granted a summary judgment. 374 So. 2d 872, 873.
