Scope of Appraisal

An explanation of work program completed to conduct an Appraisal assignment.
Example: In the Scope of Appraisal section the Appraiser will explain the extent of the research she performed, including a physical inspection of the subject property and comparable properties, the extent of data collection efforts, and research of standards for the industry (e.g., by reading periodicals of the film industry when appraising a theater building).
