Plot

Sebastian (Alexander Bainbridge) is a 15-year-old boy from a wealthy family. He befriends Sparrow (Jeremy Angerson), a street kid his own age who is the product of the union between a Vietnamese woman and an Australian soldier. Sparrow is busy trying to stay one step ahead of welfare officer Mick (Vincent Gil).
