Plot

In chapter two of Universal's Secret Agent X-9, Dexter, alias Agent X-9 (Scott Kolk), manages to roll off the speedboat seconds before it crashes into the buoy. Unfortunately, Marker (Max Hoffman, Jr.), the henchman assigned to hide the Belgravian crown jewels, is accidentally killed, taking the whereabouts of the treasure with him to the grave. After luring Shara Graustark (Jean Rogers) away from the art shop, the ghostly Victor Brenda has his men search every painting on the premises for clues, but they are interrupted by the arrival of X-9 and the cabby Pidge (David Oliver).
