Sergei Krivokrasov (Russian: Сергей Кривокрасов born April 15, 1974 in Angarsk, U.S.S.R.) is a Russian ice hockey forward.

Sergei started his National Hockey League career with the Chicago Blackhawks in 1992. He spent six years in Chicago before being traded to the Nashville Predators. Sergei played in the 49th National Hockey League All-Star Game as a member of the Predators. Sergei also played for the Calgary Flames, Minnesota Wild, and Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.

Played in Russia since 2002. Was a key person in Krivokrasov stick incident which occurred in 2003–04 playoff semifinals.
