Seth John Cuthbert briefly served as acting President of the Supreme Executive Council (governor) of Georgia during the American Revolution. He married Mary Clay, daughter of Joseph Clay, and was the father of John Alfred Cuthbert and Alfred Cuthbert.[1][2]
