Seymour Simons, (January 14, 1896 - February 12, 1949) was an American jazz musician and composer born in Detroit, Michigan. He co-wrote the hit song "All of Me" with Gerald Marks.
The song "All of Me" received the Towering Song award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame.[1]
