Plot

In this musical drama, a woman turns her mansion into a boarding house for soldiers on furlough, providing them with room, board, and musical entertainment. She also does a little matchmaking for the lonely fighters. The fun begins when one of the lodgers falls in love with a pretty singer. At first the soldier is unsure as to whether the chanteuse returns his affections, but by the story's end he is convinced. Wedding bells ring out, songs are sung and happiness ensues.
