"She's Not There" is the fourteenth episode in the fifth season of the American crime drama CSI: NY. The episode aired on February 11, 2009.
Plot
A man is robbed and later found murdered. The two robbers tell the CSIs that they found Russian rubles and didn't take anything from him after he retaliated. Danny finds a note in the man's wallet denoting a meeting place and time. Mac goes and meets a woman who works for a government agency. She reveals that that the man had come all the way from Ukraine and was looking for his daughter when she did not respond to his calls or letters. After calls to various agencies and no answers, he came all the way to America himself. The team now have two cases-a homicide and missing person-in their hands. As they piece the links together, they make a shocking discovery about the secrets of New York's dark alleys.
The scenes before the team breaks into the warehouse were reused from Charge of this Post and Snow Day. Det. Flack is back in his job since being cleared in the last episode.
