Shiding (traditional Chinese: 石碇鄉; pinyin: Shídìng Xiāng; literally "stone anchor") is a rural township in southern Taipei County in north Taiwan.
- Area: 144.35 km²
- Population: 7,721 people (May,2005)
In 2009 the entire county is due to become a special municipality called New Taipei. [1]
