Plot
Franco (Antonio Salines) tries to avoid bloodshed by mediating a dispute between government officials and peasants in a mythical country in South America. The film is a shameless ode to revolutionary leaders like Mao Tse-tung, Ho Chi Mihn and Che Guevara.
