Siping (Chinese: 四平; pinyin: Sìpíng), formerly Ssupingkai (Chinese: 四平街; pinyin: Sìpíngjiē), is a prefecture-level city in Jilin province in Northeast China.
The city's total area of 14,080 square km and a total population of 3,300,000, of which the urban area of 407 sq km, urban population 430,000.

It was the site of several major battle during the Chinese civil war from 1945-49.
