Sitter

Refers to a fairly conservative or tight player who gives little action, preferring to sit and wait only for monster hands.

SoundPoker Says: Since they only go in on strong hands, sitters tend to be quite predictable and as such they can be easy to play against. If they are betting hard one can predict that they likely have the nuts and it is a good idea to fold. Conversely, it is also easy to know when they have a weak or medium hand as they will fold if a raise is made.
