Plot
This color documentary shot in 16m focuses on Wayne Shirley, a black Vietnam veteran who has turned to dealing and using heroin. He openly boasts he can use intravenous drugs without getting addicted. Two Puerto Rican junkies stop by to score and shoot up. Months later, the two filmmakers try to intervene on Wayne's behalf as they attempt to enter him into a drug treatment facility.
