SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (スカパーJSAT株式会社 Sukapā JSAT Kabushiki-gaisha, lit. "Sk-per JSAT Corporation) TYO: 4795 is Japan's main provider of satellite television access. It is also a broadband Internet Service Provider. Its television service is marketed under the brand SKY PerfecTV! (スカパー!) and SKY PerfecTV! e2 (スカパー! e2).
Major shareholders of SKY Perfect JSAT are Itochu Corporation, Fuji Television and Sony Corporation.
SKY Perfect also have a content production and development enterprise, SKY Perfect Well Think, which is involved in the production, development and distribution of several feature films, anime series, television programs and numerous other media.
Sky Perfect should not be confused with British Sky Broadcasting in the UK. Even though its parent, News Corporation, used to be one of the major shareholders, News Corporation is now divested of its interest in Sky Perfect JSAT. [1]

SKY PerfecTV!
SKY PerfecTV! is a direct broadcast satellite (DBS) service that provides satellite television, audio programming, and interactive television services to households in the Japan, owned by parent company SKY Perfect Corporation.
SKY PerfecTV! e2 is also a direct broadcast satellite (DBS) service. While SKY PerfecTV! use DVB-S and DVB-S2(SKY PerfecTV! HD), SKY PerfecTV! e2 use ISDB-S.
