Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (acronym SASA) (Slovene: Slovenska akademija znanosti in umetnosti, SAZU) is a national academy of Slovenia, which is covering science and the arts and joins top Slovene scientists and artists, the members of Academy.

SASA was founded in 1938. On January 26, 1943 the Academy was accepted in the Italian National Academy Council (Consiglio nazionale delle Academie).

It has a maximum of 60 full and 30 associate members and is located in Ljubljana. Its current president is the neurologist Jože Trontelj.
