Smile of a Child TV is a Christian children's channel that offers programming 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Smile of a Child was created by Trinity Broadcasting Network co-founder Jan Crouch.

It is carried on digital simulcast channels of TBN-owned stations, and can also be seen on the channel's website. Internationally, it is available on the Hotbird satellite in Europe, ABS1 satellite to Asia, India and the Middle East, and Agila 2 both C-band and Ku-Band signal in some areas of Asia and the Philippines.

Although it is primarily a Christian-based network, in recent months, the channel network has either acquired secular programming from outside producers or taken secular programming which is in the public domain, such as The Funny Company, The Swamp Critters of Lost Lagoon, The Big Garage, and St. Bear's Dolls Hospital.
