Sonic Cord is the brand-name of a line of boutique tube guitar amplifiers made in Boston, MA. They are popular with many Boston-area and other musicians for their "vintage" tube sound, and are used by artists such as John Scofield, Reeves Gabrels, Tanya Donnelly, Bleu, Super Genius, Shaun Wolf Wortis, David Fisher and others.
Models include the Toad, the Bantam, and the now-discontinued SWW. Sonic Cord also makes a bass head called the Classic.
