¡SORPRESA! is American's first Hispanic television network and digital community offered on Cablevision, Charter Communications, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, Verizon and The National Cable TV Cooperative. ¡SORPRESA! is also available through third party mobile and broadband platforms, including Brightcove, MSN Latino, AOL Video, Akimbo, Verizon Wireless VCast, MobiTV and sorpresatv.com. On January 19, 2007 Juniper Content Corporation, a media and entertainment company focused on branded content services in high growth markets across multiple distribution channels, merged with Firestone Communications, owner and operator of ¡SORPRESA!. In addition, Firestone provides satellite uplink services for television network distribution, and production facilities and services for video program production.

The network currently airs programming from Telefe including "Verano Eterno" and "Chiquititas" and Hello Kitty from Sanrio Company.
