The Spectacled Tyrant (Hymenops perspicillatus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family, the only one in the genus Hymenops.
It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and swamps.
