Spelling-Goldberg Productions was a television production company established in 1972, was formed by Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg. Together, they've produced such shows as Starsky & Hutch, T. J. Hooker, S.W.A.T., Charlie's Angels, Fantasy Island and Hart To Hart. Spelling's other company, Spelling Television (then Aaron Spelling Productions), co-existed at the same time period and produced other well-known shows.

When Spelling-Goldberg Productions disbanded, Goldberg took some rights to some series and Spelling Television retained others. Spelling-Goldberg Productions shows are held by Sony Pictures Television, which also co-produced a fraction of the library (as Columbia Pictures Television). The others are distributed respectively by CBS Television Distribution and 20th Television. All Spelling Television produced series are distributed by current owner CBS Television Distribution.
