Plot
Spider Webs is one of the few American films directed by British filmmaker Wilfred Noy. Niles Welch stars as Bert Grantland, a young man-about-town who gets mixed up in the problems of heroine Florence Benham (Alice Lake). Hoping to retrieve a packet of incriminating letters, poor Florence finds herself facing a murder rap. Grantland believes in Florence's innocence, and it is he who ultimately tracks down and captures the real miscreants.
