An early personal computer series from Atari that used a Motorola 68K CPU and included the GEM interface, ROM-based TOS operating system, MIDI interface and three-voice sound chip. The 520ST used 512K of RAM and subsequent 1040ST and STE models used 1MB. Its display was 640x200x16.
