St Brides Major

St. Brides Major (Welsh: Saint-y-brid) is a village and community in the Vale of Glamorgan in Wales. It has a population of 2,009.^[1]

The village is the location of St. Bridget's church, the Fox & Hounds and the Farmer's Arms pubs, Pitcot Pool and St. Brides Primary School.

It is located 3 miles (5 km) from Bridgend town.

Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson do not live here as mistaken by many. They actuallt live in St Brides Super Ely.
