The Stabler Companies' various subsidiaries keep drivers on the go and men at work. Its Eastern Industries quarries aggregates and constructs and rehabilitates roads. ASTI Transportation Systems, Protection Services Inc., Work Area Protection Corporation, and Precision Solar Controls make work-zone and traffic-management devices such as safety signs, barricades, and roadway detection devices. Stabler Land developed the corporate, retail, and residential community Stabler Center in Pennsylvania. Donald Stabler began operations in 1940 that would become the Stabler Companies. The company was purchased in 2008 by Pennsylvania construction firm New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co.
