Page of adhesive-backed stamps that are surrounded by perforated edges and applied to a reply form to indicate a choice. Stamp sheets are most often used by direct-mail subscription agents. Each stamp contains a magazine title and offer. Subscribers choose stamps to paste onto the reply form to indicate the magazine(s) they want. Stamp sheets are a classic action device.
