Plot

Originally scheduled for November 6, 1995, this episode didn't make its syndicated debut until November 13. Written by David Mack and John J. Ordover, the episode gets off to a hectic start when the Defiant is engaged in battle with the Jem'Hadar. When the smokes clears, the crippled Defiant is stranded on a planet with a deadly gaseous atmosphere.
