Stegnospermataceae is a family of flowering plants.

The family has only been recognized by a few taxonomists, the plants in it more commonly assigned to the family Phytolaccaceae. The APG system (1998) and APG II system (2003) recognize the family and assign it to the order Caryophyllales in the clade core eudicots.

The family comprises a single genus, Stegnosperma, totalling three species of woody plants, in the Caribbean and Central America.
