Still, Alive... and Well? is a Megadeth compilation album released on September 10, 2002. The album's name is a quote from Dave Mustaine's answer to an interviewer's question: "What do you want written on your tombstone?" The first six tracks are live tracks, recorded at the Web Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, US on November 17, 2001. The following six tracks are studio-recorded, and can be found on The World Needs a Hero. Regarding this, it is a live album mixed with a studio album. Tracks 1 & 2 are previously unreleased, however tracks 3 - 6 can be found on the band's first live album Rude Awakening released later that year.
