Any five cards with a numerical sequence with different suits. Sometimes referred to as a run. If all five cards are of the same suit this is called a "Straight Flush" or "Royal Flush".
SoundPoker Says: The best possible straight is A - K - Q - J - 10. When two players both have a straight the player with the higher top card wins. For example 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 is beaten by 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8. If the players have the same straight the pot is split evenly. A straight beats any pair, two pair, or 3 of a kind and is beaten by any flush, full house, 4 of a kind, or straight flush.
