Fighting for truth, justice, and a better way to treat cancer, SuperGen is working on a group of anticancer compounds in preclinical and early-stage clinical development. The company received FDA approval for Dacogen, a treatment for bone marrow cancer myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in 2006. MGI PHARMA has worldwide rights to the drug and sells it in North America.
