Biography

One of the most anticipated underground supergroups of the new millenium, Supershine combines the remarkable talents of King's X vocalist/bassist Doug Pinnick and former members of Trouble, guitarist Bruce Franklin and drummer Jeff Olson. With the help of King's X skin-pounder Jerry Gaskill and guitarist Ty Tabor in a mixing capacity, the band recorded their eponymous debut at a number of different sessions over a year-long period, eventually releasing it on Metal Blade Records in the summer of 2000. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
