Plot

Inasmuch as Survivor: Palau is regarded as the "healthy comeback" for the hitherto faltering Survivor franchise, it should not be surprising that the audience for the traditional post-game "reunion" special should be one of the largest in the series' history. Certainly the cast is the largest, with the 20 castaways who appeared at the beginning of the season all making return appearances. And, of course, the center of attention is the series' oldest sole survivor, Tom Westman.
