T. P. McKenna (born Thomas Patrick McKenna), (7 September 1929, Mullagh, County Cavan, Ireland) is an Irish actor well known for his film and television work since the 1950s.
He played Richmond in Callan, Soames in the BBC television adaptation of All Creatures Great and Small, and made guest appearances in both Blake's 7 and the 1988 Doctor Who serial The Greatest Show in the Galaxy. He also had prominent roles in Ulysses and Sam Peckinpah's film Straw Dogs. McKenna has more recently featured prominently in episodes of Inspector Morse and other popular British television serials. He is also remembered from the radio series Ballylenon, starring as Phonsie Docherty. He is considered one of Ireland's finest Joycean actors.
He is also one of the main characters in the BBC Radio 4 series Baldi, alongside David Threlfall.
