Tangier City Center

Project plan for the Tangier City Center.

The Tangier City Center is a bold new project in Tangier, Morocco. It will become the new center of the city, featuring modern business facilities and shopping centers.

Location

The Tangier City Center will be located next to the new train station, "Tanger Ville". It will face the Tangier Bay and is also located near the Mohammed V Avenue, which is the city's entertainment center. It will include offices, shopping centers, and apartments/condos.^[1]

Project

The project will cost around 900 million Dirhams (89 million Euros). It's estimated to create a total of 5,000 new jobs. It will cover an area of 5 hectares. It will contain offices, shopping centers, a residential area with apartments and condos. The project is due to be complete in a few years.
