Wikipedia: Tanjung Rambutan

Tanjung Rambutan is a main town in Kinta district, Perak, Malaysia. Hospital Bahagia, the oldest mental hospital in Malaysia is located here. Due to the presence of the mental hospital, this town is often associated with mentally ill people, especially in Ipoh. People in Ipoh used to say something like "send Person X to Tanjung Rambutan" (where "Person X" is a name of any person) to mean that the Person X must be mad and need to be sent to the mental hospital.
