Tarporley Podcast
The Tarporley Podcast is a semi regular internet broadcast presented by Giles Cross. It primarily deals with local issues specific to the Cheshire town of Tarporley and areas in the surrounding countryside, however on occasion Cross has taken the lead on wider national and international issues such as recycling, and the Carbon Footprint.
Initial reaction to the podcast has been positive, thanks in part to interviews with Cross on various branches of the BBC there are now listeners in 73 different countries (as of February 2007). The Podcast is run in conjunction with a local stationary supplier, also operated by Giles Cross.
