The Tat language or Tati is a South-Western Iranian language spoken by the Tat ethnic group in The Republic of Azerbaijan and Russia. Its written form is related to Middle Persian Pahlavi. There is also a Jewish language called Judeo-Tat that is derived from the Tat language.

Tats refer to themselves as the descendants of the Sassanid Persians.
