Wikipedia: Teleflex

Teleflex Incorporated (NYSETFX), headquartered in Limerick, Pennsylvania, is an American manufacturing corporation. Teleflex has annual revenues of $2.4 billion, operations in 28 countries, and more than 14,200 employees.[1]

It was a party in the KSR v. Teleflex patent case decided by the Supreme Court of the United States concerning the issue of obviousness as applied to patent claims.

In March 2009, Teleflex sold its instrumentation business to Veethree, which hired most of the Teleflex employees and continued building products.
