Teleperformance USA, a regional unit of French telemarketing giant Teleperformance, provides inbound and outbound contact center outsourcing and global customer relationship management (CRM) services. The company maintains about 40 call centers in the US and oversees another dozen facilities in other countries that serve the US market. Customers come from industries such as automotive, financial services, insurance, Internet access, technology, and telecommunications.
