Review

As the title attests, MxPx have been playing their brand of fun and spunky punk-pop for over ten years, and are still going strong. The band started off as teenagers in Bremerton, WA, and their teenage enthusiasm has not worn off. This CD collects 17 of their best songs like "Teenage Politics," "My Life Story," and "Chick Magnet" and adds three unreleased tracks: "Punk Rawk Show 2002," "My Mistake," and "Running Away." The whole thing has been remixed by veteran alt-rock producer Tim Palmer for maximum rock value. Ten Years and Running is a great souvenir for longtime MxPx fans and a great place to start for fans of happy punk-pop who want to discover the band. ~ Tim Sendra, All Music Guide
