Teresa Gutiérrez (born 1/6/51) was a third-party candidate for Vice President of the United States in the United States presidential election, 2004, representing the Workers World Party (WWP) as the running mate of John Parker. The Parker/Gutierrez ticket was also endorsed by the Liberty Union Party of Vermont.

Gutiérrez is a co-coordinator of the International Action Center and a member of the governing body of the WWP. She is deputy secretary general of the International Migrant Alliance, an active member of the Chican@ movement and activist for immigrant rights, and a "proud lesbian."
