Tethbae, Tethbe, Teathbha, Teffia

Region in pre-Norman Ireland, coextensive with the modern counties of Longford and Westmeath. More specifically, Tethba adjoins the Shannon, centring on the modern town of Granard, south of Lough Sheelin and north of the Inny River.
