Plot

In this musical comedy, a gang of con artists swindle a group of naive, starstruck investors into backing a dreadful musical that has no hope of succeeding. This garners the crooks a nice chunk of change until one of the investors dies and his lovely, canny executor insures that the show will become a smash.
