Plot

Howard Sprague becomes a Big Brother for problem teen Tommy Parker (Scott Lane). Balking at Howard's insistence that he concentrate on his schoolwork, the crafty Tommy arranges a few dates between Howard and his big sister Betty Parker (Elizabeth MacRae).
