The Apple Pan

The Apple Pan is a restaurant on Pico Boulevard in West Los Angeles. It opened in 1947 and is locally famous for its hickory hamburgers and apple pies served with vanilla ice cream. It consists of a single, U-shaped counter surrounding the central food prep area. The paucity of stools results in a standing room only atmosphere during peak times. Closed on Mondays, The Apple Pan is open late (1am on Weekends) and is a popular destination for after hour burger afficionados.

As the burger joint is located a short drive away from 20th Century Fox studios, it is not uncommon to find celebrities noshing.
